It was the first time in several weeks that I made it to Team spin last night. Such a great workout! It was a small group but everyone worked so hard, and supported each other the entire time. Everyone remembers all the time why we are doing this. Nobody hesitated at turning up the dial that extra turn. And it just makes me that much more excited to take two wheels outside...
Good job last night, Team!
Next time, I will attempt pictures of our sweaty happy faces...
